• Welcome to Mc Snacks 2 Go! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our vending machines and related services. By using our vending machines, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Usage Limitation: Vending machines are to be used solely by the construction company's employees and authorised personnel.

  2. Location Agreement: The vending machines will be placed at agreed-upon locations within the construction site or sites.

  3. Maintenance Responsibility: The client will be responsible for reporting any malfunctions or issues with the vending machines. The regular maintenance and refilling will be the responsibility of the vending machine company unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Exclusivity Clause: The construction company will not allow any other vending machines from competitors to be placed on the construction premises during the term of this agreement.

  5. Product Selection: The vending machine company can provide a tailored product selection based on the preferences and needs of the construction company, subject to availability.

  6. Payment and Invoicing: Clear terms for payment, invoicing, and any potential credit limits will be illustrated in contracts.

  7. Duration of Agreement: The duration of the agreement shall commence on the date agreed and continue until terminated by either party upon a 30 day notice period. Immediate removal is possible.

  8. Termination Clause: Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time upon a 30 day notice period.

  9. Liability: Both parties agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other party, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liabilities, damages, loss, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with any third party claims.

  10. Advertising and Branding: The Client agrees not to place any advertisements, branding, or promotional materials on the vending machines provided by the Vending Company. The vending machines shall remain free from any external branding, stickers, or any other form of promotional material not supplied by the Vending Company.

  11. Compliance: Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining in the United Kingdom and the use of vending machines.
